Private Coaching

My comprehensive one on one private health coaching is tailored to your health and wellbeing needs and goals. 

The program is structured flexibly and delivered via Zoom:  

  • Health and wellbeing evaluation, goal setting and action planning

  • Understanding insulin resistance, your individual carbohydrate tolerance & the role of healthy fats.

  • Getting to grips with your gut health and balancing your microbiome.

  • Adapting your meal timing & introducing intermittent fasting

  • Managing sleep, stress and exercise to maximise health

  • Email support is available between sessions
