The 12 week group program will give to the knowledge and skills to take control of your weight so that you can achieve long term success. You will also receive a 200 page resource folder packed with nutrition and health information, support tools, tips, practical suggestions, recipes, food diary templates and much much more. Sessions are delivered using digital technology to support interactive discovery learning to help you understand the science that explains why traditional weight loss approaches have failed and what you can do to lose weight and keep it off.
