What's for breakfast?

There's been a recurring theme with my clients this week - What should I eat for breakfast?  The answer -  protein, healthy fats & unprocessed carbohydrates.  

I started my Friday with 2 eggs & 2 slices of halloumi  (protein & healthy fat) with leftover roasted vegetables & sautéed spinach (unprocessed carbohydrate).  All cooked in delicious organic butter (healthy fat).
